  2. Thanks for the advice. I am not always getting my fluids in. I am keeping a journal I get up early to try and get fluids in. I need to see the protein amount in my eggs, tuna, chicken and protein shake to make sure I am getting all my protein in. I was focusing on calories. Thanks for responding
  3. I am almost 5wk post op and only losing about 1lb a week. How many calories should I be having a day? I am prob only getting between 400-700
