Yesss lets!! I had my PAT this morning...I hafta get my disability papers from work. OMG!!!

I have been on this journey so long. Surgery is 10 days away. I fluctuate between giddy excitement and holy terror!

I had some crystal light packets yesterday. Today I had only 1/3 glass of iced tea but I felt soo disappointed in myself I don't think I'll b doing that anymore!

That's wussup. I catch myself reaching for high calorie drinks instead of water, but I stop myself most times...sometimes I jus need that iced tea!

Day 2...not too bad making my way thru. I'm not as miserable as I thought I would be. Eating a healthy choice meal now..I'm extra hungry at night.

I have a fear of looking like a bobble head doll....I got a big ol head yall!! Remember when Oprah lost all that weight the first time and she looked like her neck was straining to hold her big ass head up?? I fear that more than loose skin!!

I hear ya. I keep flip flopping in my head about my goals. I'm afraid of looking sick. I was 170-175 before having kids. After my oldest son I couldn't get below 200 lbs. He is 15!!!

I have had this 12/16 date since September, hopefully that means I'll be the first surgery in the morning! I must admit I am getting more excited everyday!

I'm having my surgery in Vineland NJ. I am super excited!! Can't wait!

I am a nurse. You do store estrogen along with many other hormones in your fat cells. Poor thing...hopefully things will level out for you soon.

I am getting super excited! I put a countdown on my cell phone!! I am having my surgery with Dr. Attia in Vineland Nj. I have been paying lots of attention during my meals...eating slower, not drinking while eating, no soda. Im not ready to give up my coffee anf iced tea just yet tho!

Howdy neighbor!! Idk why Cape Regional doesn't offer any support for us. I travel to Vineland. I have to do my pre-op class...that is all day...uggghhhhh.

From what I'm seeing they are shrinking (height and weight). My surgeon's office has me at 5'7.5" , my NUT has me at 5'8.5" and my PCP at 5'9"....go figure!
