    Im having an issue with fluids... I drink between 48-60 oz clear fluids mostly water though... and I dont "go" but maybe 1 - 2 times aday... I am 3 weeks post op just wondering if anyone esle has had this kind of issue..

  5. I was floored to read the scale... In 2 weeks (since preop) I have dropped 30 pounds!!! Honestly I figured maybe 12-15 but 30! Just wanted to brag a little...

    Ok just wondering about pickles .... I havent seen many post about them. Are they too acidic for the sleeve? I know they are loaded with salt but once in a while they hit the spot.
  8. No preop required but the 24 hours before nothing but water... As far as pain goes I was about 8.5 in recovery BUT...i also had a hiTal hernia repaired at the same time. Walk walk walk helped alot.
  9. Im 4days post op... My liquids are water,decaf tea wsplenda,jello,chiken broth and sugarfree popcicles oh and crystal light
  10. Im home had sleeve yesturday... Was up and walking about 4 hours later. Trust me walking helps alot. The leak test wasnt as bad as I was expecting and was cool to see how small your new stomach is... Anyways my new journey in life has started...

  14. Good in Houston.... Eatin a light lunch then protein drink for dinner tomorrow just water and nothing after 8pm.... Then hospital at 8am see yall on the looser's bench!
  15. Ok just had preop yesturday ,got a call today that my BP is high and they wont do the procedure as it sits. I have been twice to the hospital on the last two weeks. It was fine then ... Could it be just getting close? Some nerves? This sucks this close.... Its scheduled for monday!!! Long story short my BP has to be lower than what its at.

  17. Mine was Ekg,blood work, chest xray and met with the bariactric head nurse... That was it..
  18. Ok pre-op is done... Only thing left is the actual sleeve... June 4th 9:30am... Im on the down stroke now!!

  20. Well had my ultrasound this morning it was over in like 10min. So only thing left is my preop tuesday then the follow monday is VS-Day!!! cant wait to get it over with...
