I am preop and should be going in for surgery middle of April. I've lost 10 lbs. I wasn't told I had to but with the preop diet it's come off. I'm nervous. Can anyone tell me their story and success. And does this tool have longevity or will there be issues years down the line? My goal is to lose to a healthy Bmi and and weight. 135lbs. I'm 291. I told my dr that 150 was my goal and said I would really love 135 but wasn't sure if that was too extreme. I'm getting neurotic and nervous. Please someone tell me how great it is from dwindling diva
