  2. I could use some help with the mental aspect of having the surgery. After you have done it you are a different person. Dealing with the other people in my life has made my journey to thin difficult. I need to figure out how to balance my other relationships as I get to my final destination.
  3. Good Morning..... I am planning out my day... Need to find an hour to exercise and 30 min to meditate. I lost 20 pounds and put 10 back on however the band is working. I have been eating high caloric foods, like creamy soups and I have not been working out. So I am ready to get back to doing "the right things" to ensure my success.
  4. I am in PA but not near Harriburg but I am willing to be your online work out bubbly. I need someone to push me to work out. If you think that will work for you let me know.
