  1. Take breaks in between your exercises, and eat more vegetables In your diet. Good luck, you look fantastic just the way you are, the perfect size!
  2. I have 9.5 cc in my band and I think I went over board with my last fill, I feel so much restriction, I'm constantly throwing up and sometimes I wake up at night choking, I've lost 6 pounds this week. I have to go have this last .5 cc removed, I just hope that's all he takes out.
  3. You look great, keep up the good work, I took some before pics, but I really dont see a difference in my pics. I hope i can start to see a difference soon now that my 11cc band is filled up with 9cc ,.... soon soon
  4. I have 9 cc in my band and I cant even imagine drinking anything while eating. Even if i drink something before i eat I have to wait a few minutes so that the liquid can go down before i eat

  6. Im not sure if this may help some but i always keep some ice cream in my freezer, and when i am stuck I eat a little bit of ice cream mixed with soda, like half a cup very slowly, and that helps the food to pass.
