  1. I downloaded the lose it app on my phone where I can record everything I eat and it keeps track of calories. It has a bar scan so that you can scan in weight watchers meals or any package food. it also provides nutritional values for supermarket and restaurant foods
  2. My doctor has me to put my hands behind my head and pull up just a little as if I am doing a crunch. Sticks the needle and the whole process takes about a minute.

  5. Hello All, Another new kid in the class. I just got banded on Thursday. Checked in at 8:30 am Had surgery about 10 was in recovery about 12 and went home at 10pm. So far, so goo. At first my stomach was feeling so empty, but I began doing a little more sipping and now it is better. Not in any real pain, doing some walking, but a lot of sleeping yesterday,. I was scared and excited at the same time. I am glad that I am not on this journey alone.
