Well my surgery time is almost here. Monday July 16.

I start my liquid diet on Mon

For the month to month its $10 a month, for the lime membership its $20 a month.

I go to a new place called "YouFit" its an awesome place.

So far love this doctor and his staff.

I use the fitbit pedometer and it syncs automatically. Got the app fir ut on my Android too so can enter my food and other exercises as well.

I dont have to drink that stuff eith when my surgery gets here on July 16. I have ti take the Osmoprep script the doc sent me....wasnt cheap either $65. I start at 7am with 4 pills then take 4 every 15 min till the hr is over at 8am that 20 pills in an hr. Then 12 hrs later I have to do the same thing (12 mire pills total)...each dose taken with 8 Oz Water, well will get my water in for the day. Ughhhhh!!!!!!!

My surgeons office has us purchase a pre-op diet Kit from them which is from Bariatric Advantage, which consisted of a 3lb bag of meal replacement, 4 on the go bottles meal replacement, and 8 protein bar meal replacements. They didnt explain in detail in the 201 nutrition class what we're suppose to do with this, how much etc, so a friend of mine who had same surgeon explained to me. She sd 3 shakes a day and all the broth or jello (not red) we wanted, ir since I got the pkg with the bars, I can have 2 shakes, 1 bar, all all the broth and jello wanted except on day before surgery. Day before surgery, no protein drinks or bars.....only the broth and hello and gatorade or crystal light (not red).

My surgeons office sd liquid diet for 14 days before surgery to shrink the liver.

Mine is July 16. I dont have the menu. If anyone could share I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
