Hello y'all I started having upper right stomach pains or achy feeling and when I lay on my right side I feel Stinging feeling I'm nauseated my weight is at a stall right now I do have my gallbladder and in the past I was diagnosed with sluggish in my gallbladder and my lower back aches Anyone have this problem??

I have strayed away from good foods and went to bad foods.... Help give me advice on how to get back to losing Again..... Today is a new day for me... Give me suggestions on what foods to start eating again To get me losing again... Thanks for the advice y'all

13lbs till I will be onderland!!! It's been a hard road 30lbs till goal weight Had dumping last night up for 3 hrs I fell off the band wagon not eating what I should Now I'm paying for it.... Anyone can offer advice I'm listening Have a blessed day y'all

I'm a Blessed Mother of 5 Sons (3police,2firefighters) 1 grandson age 2 and a new grandson in July ..... I turned 50 last month I've been married for 31 years to my wonderful husband ...... This is me inches has just melted away .... I'm 50lbs away from my Goal Weight .... My highest weight was 250 I'm healthy inside and out..... Have a blessed day keep the faith......

Now the NEW ME THE HEALTHY ME 50lbs away from my goal 9 WEEKS POST OP I HAVE LOST INCHES WAS A SIZE 18 now I'm in a size 12 some 14 depends on the maker Did purchased a dress size 10 But very glad with the results God bless everyone
