My butt is always sore
Ever since I lost weight my butt is always sore. I can sit for a few mins and it feels like I've been sitting for hours. Does anyone have this problem. I'm not sure is it bcuz I lost a lot of muscle in my butt or what. Its very annoying. I guess I'll ask the Dr when I go for my annual check up.

can you build muscle on a post-op diet?
I asked myself this question. I've lost a total of 80lbs..230 to 150, which is my goal weight. And I'm still loosing a pound here and there. When I had the sleeve done, I was 200lbs and I didn't exercise during this 2nd time around because I didn't want to lose weight too fast. Now, I'm flabby. I've alway been solid, I look smaller than I actually weigh. I've lost a lot of muscle. My butt is sagging, my thighs have more cellulite than I did before surgery..kinda depressing. I doubt I'm getting in the recommended protein intake. I'm 9 mos post-op and still don't eat much.. I guess I'll get some muscles back one day :/

Full feeling? Band Vs. Sleeve
- Full feeling? Band Vs. Sleeve
I'm 5mos post op revision. And I think it was the best thing I've even done. I have more restriction with the sleeve, than I did with the band. The only issue I've had with the sleeve was when I started eating solids, I had neck/shoulder pain after I ate. That lasted for about 6wks. I'm good now.- I'm at my goal size!

I had the lapband for a yr lost 30lbs with that and a sleeve revision done (35lbs) due to complications. So don't be so quick to judge people without knowing the whole story- I'm at my goal size!
So I'm at my goal size that I want to be. I don't want to loose anymore weight. I've lost about 33lbs since surgery (1/15/13) without exercising. Now my arms and thighs are flabby..any suggestions- Stop asking me questions!

I'm tired of people asking me, how I lost weight. When I had my lapband, I lost 30lbs over a yr time last yr. When I had the sleeve done in Jan, I lost 25lbs in 2mos. I guess its more noticeable now. But I get atleast 2 ppl a wk asking me how I lost weight. I'm not lying to them, just not telling the whole story!! Lol..anybody else having this issue?- Before/After Pics for Motivation

- Pain in left shoulder after I eat.
So today I had a reflexology massage and the pain is gone for now. So I guess it was a knot in my shoulder muscle that needed to be worked out. Lets hope it'll last.- Pain in left shoulder after I eat.
Thanks, I saw the Dr yesterday. I'm having an upper GI doneAccount
