A bit nervous - I am a planner so I am trying to figure ouyt what I need to have on hand to sip - eat the first week or two.. I am taking a full week off after my Friday surgery just for extra healing me time - time to learn to eat properly etc. To other July s;eevers = How is it going so far? Do you feel hungry at all?

I turned 50 this year and am at an all time high weight, Feel tired and winded all the time. I live in Texas and the heat is unbearable. I am a very outgoing non shy person, but with the heat, nothing to wear and just the way I feel about myself, I have become a home body. Today I scheduled my sleeve surgery for July 29, 2016. I am very excited to get this journey started. I found this form tonight and hope it willl give me some education as well as encouragement along the way. Anyone else had sleeve surgery and started at such a high weight and age? Feeling hopeful and a bit scared to fail.

November 30th......Surgery day! I am SOOO ready to begin this journey. Ready to actually feel what the unknown will be like. Nervous but excited!
