  12. I was told gummies are not great because they lack in what you truly need so I passed on them plus I was afraid they wouldn't go down easy. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  14. I reseached & researched because some bariatric websites are a bit expensive on their supplements. A few of my colleagues had bariatric surgery & told me what they used & it helped save me some money. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
  15. Hi, exactly where did you purchase your vitamins and protein from? What kind of you don't mind me asking. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I went to Walmart today & purchased meltable vitamins each bottle was a 130ct @ $5.97 ea. I got multvitamin, D3, B12, Hair Skin Nail, the Calcium was $14. I work at Grocery Dist Company inside a well known convenience store chain & we get lots of vendor samples. Quest is one of my vendors so I'm stocked up on those. I also got to try Premier Protein shakes & love them no nasty vitamin smell. They are 30 grams protein. Right? I started taking the vitamins in non chewables now so my body would get used to it & I would be set after surgery. My Nutritionist said that it was a good plan. I'm taking biotin because I have hypothyroid & it helps with hair loss. I like to be prepared. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
  16. I first went to True Results in Irving had a horrible experience & wasted my time/gas. They asked me prior to my visit what insurance I had & made my appointment anyway. I arrived & they had me fill out tons of paperwork only to tell me "Sorry we don't except your insurance but you can do cash payment of $10,000!" Walked out! I heard about Dr. Clayton Frenzel made my appointment on 5/13/16 & the ball started rolling fast. Endoscopy, sleep Test, Stress Test all done within a few weeks & my surgery is now set for 7/26/16. His staff have treated me very well & have been welcoming & are awesome. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
