  2. I started mine the day before surgery it didn't. Change anything they just had me were a pad instead of a tampon
  3. I'm the same way not so much my feet but my lower back and hip, and knee's. I've been exercising about 30 min a day and half to push that because of the pain.....if u figure or find anything out let me know....I c s visit to a specialist coming up.....lol
  4. It's different with everyone I also had the placation with my lap band, but I'm eating around 1200 I can actually eat about 7-8 oz of food at one sitting. My nutritionalst told me o bump my calories to the 1200 and I'm now averaging about 2-4 lb a week depending on the exercise. Don't give up and hang in there
  5. I was lucky I had a diabetic clinic that helped me a lot by the time I had my surgy I was taking half the medication and 2 weeks post op I was medication free. I would talk to your doc u might just need to cut back on your meds. Good luck everything

  8. I had my surgery on oct 14, 2011. I am also a stomach sleeper my port is on my right side of my stomach. The 3 night after surgery I had rolled over in my sleep and hurt myself at the port sight. After that I was just careful when I rolled over and no pain after that. It does feel weird when touching it, but you can't c any bumps or anything like that at the port sight. Good luck with your surgery....keep us informed of your progress.

  12. Went to doc today 5 weeks post op no fill because I've lost 20 lb in last 4 and half weeks excited to c the weight come off

  14. went to doctors apt today. 5 weeks out from surgery and lost 20 lb. She didn't give me fill because I have lost 20 lb. Was kinda disappointed that I didn't get a fill, but excited because I get to start regular food now. Anyone else not get a fill and how long before you did get a fill
  15. I think positive thinking makes everything better..I love my band also.keep up the positive thinking..good things are awaiting u out there
  16. I'm 5 weeks post op and go for my first fill Tuesday . I am so hungry all the time.... I drink the chocolate chike meal replacement and the proti15 protein drink plus lots of protein. Tired of eggs and cheese any other ideals?
