*Our Passover Diner* was nice tonight outside with a campfire. Good weather & good food,all.

Since a year ago(April I was in a blessed group called Temple Keepers) God has used some friends,Doctors to help me drop=60 lbs. I was @ my highest then. Thanks Pamela Roberts,the others for the prayers. It works!!!

I was just saying last night to a friend that my family likes the pan style crust,I like and "need" the thin kind,she said use a tortilla. I want to try a high fiber.

My youngins are out side playin in the snow, I love the few minutes of QUIET. Then jess opens the door and asks me to make hot choc for them...Does that mean their coming in soon

What Was/is Everyone Eating 4 Weeks Post Op?

I'm so bad my 4 weeks post-op is next week,I'm eating regular foods. Except for my slim fast for breakfast. I wish I would of stuck to the liquid or soft foods. -

How cool to see your weight loss, i was in 26 jeans.I am working my way down i was sleeved on Dec.16.Thanks for posting your picture. I was thinking about getting rid of those jeans, but now i think i'll use those to show weight loss difference! -

That sounds good, i'll have to try it. I'm still at liquids (supposed to be) i have cheated, my surgery was Dec.16. Happy New Year!!! -
I'm two weeks out of surgery:) I'm not "losing" to only find something--I'm dropping off pounds to leave "down", behind and not on my (behind) lol

*God is so good
* I don't have to mix anything with Him. He's sweet enough. Our manger setting is a perfect reminder all year. The wise men(about 300) came to bring the promised King a a gift. They didn't travel so far just because just "a baby was born" (like a baby shower) Even today when you enter a king's presents you bring a gift. Give Christ your full self,be blessed.
