I was just saying last night to a friend that my family likes the pan style crust,I like and "need" the thin kind,she said use a tortilla. I want to try a high fiber.

I'm so bad my 4 weeks post-op is next week,I'm eating regular foods. Except for my slim fast for breakfast. I wish I would of stuck to the liquid or soft foods.

How cool to see your weight loss, i was in 26 jeans.I am working my way down i was sleeved on Dec.16.Thanks for posting your picture. I was thinking about getting rid of those jeans, but now i think i'll use those to show weight loss difference!

That sounds good, i'll have to try it. I'm still at liquids (supposed to be) i have cheated, my surgery was Dec.16. Happy New Year!!!

I just got home a few min, ago. Surg, was yesterday. THE GAS=WOW!!! It was hard to pass,and I was walking last night.I'm better since my loose stools. I'm on a full liquid diet which I thought was strange.

Hang in their girl I struggled too. chewing gum helped me a lot this week. I went out to eat with my family at a china buffet,I had jello pudding and broth,ice cream.it was hard to see my other past choices. It was also interesting to see the many plates people were filling up around me. Your on the right path. I get sleeved tomorrow Deb

My sleeve is getting done Dec 16th. I took Taco Bells pinto's ,cheese and added sour cream and used the magic bulled it was good. Next time ill add extra mild sause. God bless your surgery and "the new you"

Home from the hospital 12-17-11.Thank God~~it feels like a long way's away but it goes fast, I'm dealing with loose stools,pain when coughing but at least it's done!!!
