  1. Hi, I was banded on Dec. 20, 2006. My starting weight was 255. Last week I was down to 215. I then went out of town over the weekend and gained three pounds. In the last two weeks I have discovered that I can eat almost anything I want without restriction. I am getting really nervous about my ability to eat as much as I want. I have scheduled my first fill for February 15. I really don't know what else to do. I am constantly starving and can not stop thinking about food. I have been fairly disciplined about limiting myself to three meals per day, as ordered by my doctor. However, limiting myself to only 4oz. per meal is killing me. This "guys" thread is great and is the only reason I felt compfortable joining this forum. Any advice or similar experiences regarding my issues described above would be much appreciated. Thank you. :hungry:
