    me too i would do it a million times over!! get it done for your sake and your children, i have 3 boys and they are very active so i got to be healthy and strong for them, do it! do it! do it!!!
  2. hey i got diabetes and have the band, but lil by lil my numbers are getting lower, the more weight you lose the more your numbers will be getting lower, it's not a quick fix like the bypass, the band takes time, work out everyday at least 1/2 an hr and eat right make your body sweat, i took up kickboxing and its doing a miracle on me i will soon post up some b4 pics and afters, good luck!!
