YAY!! After 2 weeks of stalling THE SCALE MOVED!! YAY!! It worked, I pushed the protein, ate a little more, it was hard, but it worked. Loving this sleeve!!

Hi, Glad to hear your surgery went great. I'm 13 days post-op, losing about a pound a day so far. Starting to feel better. I'm from Mississippi also! Yay for you, WELCOME to the other side!!!

THIS IS MY 6TH DAY POST OP, STILL SORE FROM THE INCISIONS. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IT GETS BETTER!!! CAN'T DRINK THE PROTEIN SHAKES, THEY MAKE ME GAG. I NEED ENCOURAGEMENT!! DID I DO THE RIGHT THING?

hi glad to hear that you are doing better with the pain. I am on a horrible strictly Protein diet, only sugar free popsicles, low sodium broth, Protein Shakes, no food at all but surprisingly i am doing okay with it, not hungry, just irritable how much did you lose on the 10 day diet? Keep in touch. Be encouraged....

YAY!!! THAT'S MY SURGERY DATE ALSO......HAVE YOU STARTED THE PRE-OP DIET. I NEED SOMEONE TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH....TO COMPARE EXPERIENCES... ARE YOU WILLING?

You look great, I get my sleeve Nov. 3 hope that I am a sucessful as you, any pointers? Did you have to do 2 week pre op liquid diet?

hello sistas, my surgery date is Nov. 3, 2011. I am really nervous. Also not sure I can survive the pre-op diet! Any suggestions?
