  1. How is everyone doing November sleever, I have not heard from you guys, I am doing great lost 50 pounds already and extremily happy.. can eat bits and pieces here and there but never my whole small plate... Hope to hear from all of you.. Susan
  2. ]Hi DC, I been having almost the same pain but is my lower right side and it's more when I do a sudden move or i sleep, i tried calling my doctor but the nurse is the only one that tells me what to do, take gas x or take beneful . What did your doctor said??
  3. yes yes,u should ask about your pre diet,it really makes your surgery recovery faster... and after surgery you will defenatelly need to be on a diet,water the 1st day and jello & broth the 2nd or 3rd and the same with protein shakes there after.You will feel sick after surgery but belive me Iam 4 days after and i feel like nothing happened just a bit of pain.

  8. Hi, i had the same issue went for the lapband and came out wanting the sleeve, but now that i have a date, my aunt started telling me id dangerous that she does not agree on this to think about my boys and I really want this. what do you guys think. Good Luck all.

  10. The same thing happen to me after seminar I chamged my mind and my doctor said if i wanted something permanent the sleeve would be the choice.
  11. HI Dania, I am in Massapequa.. I am also on my Pre op liquid diet, but I am not allowed any food just shakes and Jello.. When is your surgery?

  13. I started today, the optifast is terrible, plus I feel hungry and so far is just one day.. Help which bars do you guys recomend?
  14. My liquid diest pre op is Diet Jello, sugar free popsicles, low sodium broth and 5 optifast shakes they don't taste as bad, i start my pre op today.. Good luck to all.
  15. Hi all, I start my full optifast diet tomorrow, low sodium broth, sf popsicle, sf jello, 1 cup of decaf coffee,64noz of water and 5 optifast shakes. I'm starting to get nervous, it feels so real now! Good Luck to all!

I think been scared is normal, i have a surgery dATE 11/22 AND i started to have fears, but I am extremily happy that I was approved, the scars i had laparoscopic surgery last year and you can't even see plus what's worst ,not loosing weight and not being healthy ,I take the scars, plus we need food live not live for food. I hope you choose a healthy life. :purplebananna:
