I got my band 2 weeks ago today. I am struggling, because I found I can eat just about anything again. PLUS Im not getting full :0( I keep getting hungry. When did you have your first adjustment?? IS this normal that Im like back to normal like I never got it??

Hello, thank you all so much for your concern. That is the support I have been looking for! I actualy left last night for the emergency room all the way up in Marina Del Rey, the same place where I had the surgery and where my doctor is. By the time I got up there, I decided to tough it out until I saw Dr. Kormic the next morning. To make a long story short, all of my vitals are OK, and I just have to stay ontop of my pain med dosages. I may just be more sensitive in that area than others. I still have pain, but with the meds. , its berable! :0) Thank you again, and I lost 12 lbs. in a week lol! I know its mostly water weight! :0) Im Ok and thank you so much again. Lindsay :0)

Today is one week since my surgery. I am having horrible terrible chest pain. I have my "exit appoinment" wednesday, but I am going to the hospital where I had it done tomorrow morning instead. I am on my second bottle of liquid vicodin. I have been crying and sweating since last Thursday. Has ANYONE else had terible chest pain? I am fallowing all the rules; breathing thing, walking, eating right ect. any advice? Im not quite to the point of going to the ER, but I do have another night to make it through!

today is one week from my surgery, and I have had chest pain since last Thursday. It has been constant, and highly irritating like terrible terrible heart burn or somthing. Sometimes it subsides, but for the most part, it is there! I am going all the way back to the hospitol where I had the proceedure done tomorrow, because the pain just wont stop. It is making me cry and sweat, and I have had to already get another bottle of liquid vicadin. Not happy, but I hope all works out, because I want this to be a success! The whole reason I am adding in this discussion, or the only reason why I found it is because I googled "chest pain after lap band"!! sorry for mispells.
