Today , no stomach growlung but by midday I felt like I was starving and I feel like I want to EAT!!!!!! I am just drinking more broth but wish I was full instead. My doc said only clear liquids...I saw that you have been drinking protein shakes...I wonder are all the instructions different. I feel like I just want to eat!!! Help!!!!!
