  4. i only had a 3 day pre op too - i think it depends on the amount of weight to lose. also they had a cancelation so i went really fast and last minute. found out 3 days before. i think one of the goals is to shrink the liver so they can get to the stomach easier. i did my surgery sept 2011. the person who wrote first gave an accurate description of my experience but it sounds like they do a hotel now instead of the house. i loved the camraderie overall of doing this with other people. i have had great success and very happy results.
  5. def notice more attention and flirtation. i was single for almost a year after surgery. i dated more then usual but there are still the same amount of frogs out there. i found love with a very caring and loving man who supports me so much.
  6. 2 years out and i eat popcorn at movies but in moderation. it shrinks down to nothing so you can get in more than is a portion size. its a be careful. it can shrink down but the cals/fat/carb content doesent. i only have so many carbs on my daily meal plan so its def an over for me on plan. number one thing i cant have is any type of carbonation. just cant do it and dont want to ever take the risk. but even now i can only have 2 sips - i will order if i have a craving have my two sips get full and dump it.
  7. 2 years out and i can only eat a half a sandwich at most - usually without top bread or bun. my meal plan only allows for half a piece of bread. so i would say a half of subway 6 inch. u can cheat in a way by eating gooey type sandwich like u mentioned french dip or meat loaf bc they shrink down in mass but not in calories/fat/carb. something that is softer though like a cupcake u can eat and its not as mass - more air. but again its not the size but nutrients of the item you are consuming. why not evenually try subway without top bun. open face.
  8. my fav was that i looked like i am 10 years younger - and you know what i do!!!!
  9. wow u look fantastic .... actually i dont know your age but you look a minimum of 5 years younger
  10. in your befores i think u look about 32-34 mature like i would really trust you if you were advising me on something- but i might be the glasses. on the after i want to say 24-27. you look at lot more alive and vibrant
  11. my nut says that our bodies find its natural set point. i would say that is incredibly low amount of calories per day. i am highly doubtful a nut would support that for this extended period of time. i maintain weight of 130 for the past 18 months. i eat prob 1800 per day and keep weight within 4 lb range.
