    As hard as it may be, I'm actually hoping for this timing. My workplace requires everyone to be off from 12/23-1/1, so with just a couple of extra days off, I'll have a healthy 2 weeks off, with hopefully no disruption from work beyond that. I will be complete with my requirements about November 14th, and they said it will take a week to get approved, and then my surgeon is scheduling 2-3 weeks out, so I am PRAYING for that timing to work out. I am hoping for 12/21 or 12/22.
