  1. Hi !!! New here, just recently banded on the 7th. I am having trouble with taking in 4 oz of clear liquids per hour. I have a continuous feeling that I just ate Thanksgivning dinner for 3 people. I am uncomfortably full. The only time I am comfortable is if I am lying nearly flat in the bed. I cannot get down the protein shakes they are just too thick and give me immediate pain of being overfull. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it normal? Is there anything I can do? I've been walking laps around my house thinking it is just left over gas in my abd from the surgery. I use Gas Ex strips 2-3 times a day hoping to alleviate any air in the stomach. I cannot burp. At times I feel like I have to burp, but then nothing comes up and I get a sharp pain. Any help appreciated.
