Checking Myself And Recommitting To My Goals
To me my weight issue is comparable to being an alcoholic except it's food. We have to find a way to have some control over what and when we stick something in the hole in our face. I lack control over how much of something I eat. I'm hoping that the band will force me to have more self control thus allowing me to bring down my weight. I wish you the best and yes you can achieve your goal! Be tuffanf remeber why you choose this option. i to need support as I have just begun this journey and I as new to this as a newborn baby.

Taking tylenol with codine. Fell ok some anxiety about not being able to eat food but working to get pas that. Hope everyone else is doing well. BRD

Thanks for the support going in two weeks to get banded. Nervous but looking at the end of the rainbow for the payoff. i can tell that this will be a difficult journey but it is one that is time for me to take. Thanks again- November Bandsters!!!
Hi, I'm Scheduled for the 28th So we will be on this journey together. I will support you if you need it and I'm sure you will do the same. I'm nervous but I know that I have to do this. This is a huge lifestyle change, but it is one that I must take. Im at 350 lbs and need to drop 110. I have just gotten heaver and heaver over the years. So with that said I am making this decesion to move on and finish the rest of my life as a vastly smaller, healther person. I have some clothes from several years ago that I'm going to hang up as a goal to help motivate me to the day I can wear them again. I've put on nearly 60lbs in the last 5 years. I'm happy for you that your so enthused to start your journey. Best of luck. BRD- Bandster Basics & A Day in The LIfe
I read every word. Like everything you had to say. Going to your blog next. I hope that once I'm banded I can one day have the same attitude as you. Great job!!
