My family and friends and coworkers, but I'm very blessed cause everyone has been very supportive of my decision to have lap band! And as far as those that say it is a "easy way out" I'd like to punch them in the face!! It is in no way easy matter of fact it was one of the toughest decision I've ever made. My point is I'm proud of myself for the decision I made to have lap band and I usually don't listen to the negative!
