I'm being sleeved in Orlando, Florida with Dr. Kim.

I'm also being sleeved on the 12th. I hope everything goes well for the both of us.

I'm getting nervous, surgery on Friday 12th. I'm scheduled to see the nutritionist, surgeon, and have my breathing test on Thursday. Usually you do this 2 weeks prior to surgery. I'm sure I'll be glad to see them on Thursday and then the next morning have surgery. Only bad thing is I don't know what time on Friday my surgery is scheduled for. Good luck to everyone else this week.

I'm new to the site and this is my first post. I received my call on Friday and they gave me my surgery date of August 12th. I'm doing my pre-op the day before surgery. I'm on day 2 of the phase 2 diet and so far so good. Are there any recommendations of protein shakes that are pre mixed that are made with whey protein isolate?
