  1. I had surgery about 9 days ago. I had no nausea and vomiting, which was great because I can deal with anything but nausea. Now, all of a sudden out of the blue I am nauseous beyond reason. Phenergan isn't helping. Eating isn't helping. I am barely getting my water in. The weird thing is I feel like I have to vomit constantly and when I try to, nothing comes out. What is going on? Can someone help me and please tell me how to make it stop? Thanks.
  2. I am one week out from surgery and I have some seriously strong pain in my middle and lower back. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced it?
  3. Thanks for all the advice. I am healing pretty well. My steristrip actually already fell off the belly button. But I opted not to go to class today. I will just wait it out until I can talk to the Dr, I was just looking for a cooler way to get my walking in. We have had some pretty hot weather lately. So I guess I will just hit the mall! LOL Thanks!
  4. Hi. I am 5 days post-op and wondered if I could resume my aquatic classes. Its basically water walking but I had heard different things about prolonged exposure to water for the first few weeks. Any insights??
  5. My name is Libby and I was banded just five days ago on July 25th. I am 40 years old with 2 grown children. I have had 3 knee surgeries that resulted in my eventual approval of weight loss surgery. The first week is tough, but each day seems to be a little better. I can't wait to get to my goal weight.
