On july 19 2011.. I started my liquid diet i feel great but it's been hard i feel like eating but them i say to my self why am i doing this is four my health and my son i have to do the liquid diet 4 .. 3weeks my surgery is on 8-11-11 ..i lost 10lb in a week im so happy i'm going to do this ..
