My Name is Lori and I had the lap band surgery 9 days ago. I decided to get the lap band because I have high blood pressure and recently found out that I have sleep apnea and I had to get a Cpap machine because of the sleep apnea so that I don't stop breathing during the night. I am also overweight and have severe back pain when doing a lot of activities. I look forward to the day that I can start eating again and being able to choose healthier food and eat a lot less.
