  1. Congrats on your journey.. You will be so pleased as you go down this path. Just walk and stay on your plan and you will lose.. it's slow.. about 2 lbs per week, but this time, it will stay off... unlike dieting. Hang in there and let us know how you are doing.. Bandit
  2. Thanks for starting this thread..I was banded on July 19. I'm doing fine other than the The pain I have been experiencing since day one. My port is on the left side, left of the belly button. I'm sure it is a small port, but it feels like a small saucer. When I bend over of move, it is painful. I have a high pain tolerance, but his is ridiculous . I won't be able to do much exercise in this Kind of discomfort. My last appointment is Wednesday. Then I'm on to regular foods. So if I can't convince him how bad this feels, I don't know what to do... Please , I anyone out here can help me, please tell me what to do.. Thanks so much, Bandit 31
  3. I do 1 scoop 3 times per day..more scoops won't hurt you but watch what you add to it.. I used keifer pourable yogurt and fagee Greek yogurt . Lost of good protein..good luck!
  4. I got banded on Monday. My doctor wants me to get in 80 - 100 ounces down.. wow.. thats hard.. but still trying. I have not been nauseated. Did your doctor fill you when you had your surgery or did he leave it open to allow for swelling? I would without a doubt call the office and see what they say. You don't want to end up in the hospital again. Let us know how you are doing.. Bandit31
