  1. I'm an LPN in Kansas in RN school now. Banded 7/7/11 and have lost about 75lbs so far. Was only off work for 6 days, but ended up developing gallstone pancreatitis and had a cholecystectomy in November, but wouldn't have changed a thing best decision I ever made!
  2. Just wondering what the range of fluid is in peoples bands on here. I got a fill today and am at 8.1cc in a 14cc band.

I have been there. I couldn't wait to get my fills so the weight would just fall off. I have had about 4 fills and now I am stuck like chuck with the weight loss too. I can relate to the sabotaging yourself cause I still do it myself periodically. You just have to get by a day at a time and eventually it change. You just got to remember you can do it! Keep at it Josh
  4. Hey I was banded on 7/7/11 and have since lost 60 lbs, but ended up developing gallstones and pancreatitis. I had my gallbladder removed on 11/3/11 and have not been able to lose anything for the last month. I haven't gained, but have maintained. I really want to drop some more weight and could use some insight from those who have maybe struggled with this issue. Thanks!!!

  6. Hey I am 26 and was wondering if those of you around my age had good skin elasticity after the weight came off? It is coming off pretty quickly and am a lil concerned. Thanks!
  7. They are healing great I was just concerned about accidentally washing it off. Thanks for replying!
  8. I was just banded on Thursday and I feel great, but was wondering if anyone has else has had the dermabond over the incisions. I am showering, but want to know how long it took for the incisions to heal fully for you. I feel like I should know this as I am a nurse, but have not dealt with the dermabond in my area of work. Thanks!
