  1. I was banded June 23rd.... doing really well! How is everyone else feeling after being banded??
  2. I take a Flintstones chewable vitamin and 2 chewable Caltrates.
  3. I'm not that close yet to Onederland.... keep exercising and tracking and I'm sure you will see results before you know it. Hang in there!! You can do it!
  4. Me too! I never bought it before because it was "too expensive." Now that my health is my focus, I buy it. I LOVE it. I'll have to try some of the other flavors too. I tried lemon Chobani and it was a bit tart for my liking and the lemon seemed to have slightly curdled the yogurt, but it was decent.
  5. Ooh, that sounds good too! I have the Chobani raspberry in the fridge to try soon too. Good stuff!
  6. Just tried Chobani strawberry yogurt and I'm in heaven!!! :bananajump: :bananajump: :bananajump: :bananapowerslide:
  7. It's kind of hard to describe, but when it happens, you definitely know. I describe it as a painful pressure in your chest and then everything comes up and relief!!.... well, it only happened once to me so that was my experience.
  8. LOL.... Jellyfish! I think it was chunks because I didn't chew well enough.... lesson learned!! (btw, sorry if it's TMI!)
  9. That sounds really good! Will have to try that.
  10. Getting stuck is so unpleasant!! Also, regurgitation is just a nice way to say "blowing chunks". Okay ewww, but you know what I mean! Just needed a place to vent! lol :sigh:
  11. Thanks for the suggestions... definitely need to up the water intake!
  12. I am approximately 1 1/2 weeks post-op and for the past few days I have been experiencing extreme fatigue. I have been concentrating on getting all Protein, taking Vitamins, etc.... Anybody have any ideas or experience this as well? Thanks.
