  1. I'm excited for surgery, but I love having surgeries (???). I am a little nervous for the post surgical though. I would love to email/text back and forth. I use my cell phone for internet so if you want to stay connected send me an email here and ill give you my personal email. I'll keep you and your surgery in prayer.
  2. Thanks, I'll try that.
  3. Any good recipes or variations for chicken broth. I do not like the canned stuff and so I need to flavor it up so I can get it down. Also did anyone have no appetite after surgery and did not eat, how was recovery? I have a pretty low appetite after I have any surgery (had c section in 2008, back surgery in 2009 and another back surgery 2010) where I just was not hungry.

  5. I'm getting banded on the 30th and can't wait. My days are going by so slow. Has anyone had the Lap Band and actually received the notification card that let's restaurants know you have a band. This seems like a cool thing so that when I go out I can get smaller portions
  6. That's how long my process took. It was submitted to insurance on march 21 and it took three months with them. It seemed that little things with paperwork kept getting messed up. But as soon as I was approved the process is fast.
