  1. I use the almond milk or a fruited yogurt and just a little ice to make them cold.
  2. I have tried them and I like them. I mix them with fruits and they taste really good.
  3. I have UHC through my husband work and they are requiring a 6 month diet....for those who have UHC where are you livingand does location have something to do with it
