  1. Thank you for those comments. I find that the band is a lot tighter in the morning as well so I will try those ideas you gave me. I did end up going in yesterday afternoon and after they took out 0.5cc's I felt a million times better. I guess I have found the spot where I need to be for now thanks again, I appreciate you taking the time to respond!!!
  2. Hi All...new to this site but hoping someone can give me some advice. I went in and had an adjustment yesterday (I believe I am now at 6 cc's). Everything was fine after I left the office. I was drinking Water and even had Soup for dinner. This morning, however, I am having a hard time even keeping water down and feeling very uncomfortable. Is this just due to the swelling that can happen with the adjustment or is my band just too tight? I already asked to see the doctor again but they can't see me until tomorrow and I am hoping I will just start feeling better. Any advice or thoughts?
