  1. Hello my sista's! I'm from Cleveland and I was sleeved on December 12th. Nit has been a challenge but also a blessing. I've been trying to be so careful, so I would not have any issues from the surgery. I was 235 the day of surgery and I'm now 209....what! I'm moving around much better and also sleeping much better and starting to understand what my new tummy want from me. I pray everyone have a successful journey and a blessed one.
  2. I just had my drain taken out last Monday and the incision is stll healing. I feel like my stomach has a heart beat. I just wish I can get the energy like everyone else is talking about. I'm taking my vitamins and drinking my fluids.
  3. How does everyone feel, 2 weeks post op? I'm still in discomfort at time, what about you?
  4. So sorry about what you ladies have been thru, I pray that you get better!!!! I should not have come to this post, due to Monday being my surgery date...ugh
  5. I am also afraid. I finally got my date...December 19. I beleve this feeling I'd normal and we will make it through together. I've read, watched, listened, etc, just to learn all about the survey. I've even increased my life insurance policy...lol. I know this is the best decision for me because I'm tired of fighting with my weight and im tired of being FAT with NO energy. Good luck to all of us, just keep the faith.
  6. Congrats on your surgery. I just got my surgery date for December 19, one I have fear. I'm an Ohioan too!
