  1. I am not eating solids yet i am still on a full liquid which is pudding and , jello and yogurt, protein shakes things like that . I do feel hungry when its time to eat and i am watching how much of the creamed soups i eat which isnt a lot at all ....example : I bought some cream of brocolli soup from Zoup ...1 cup and i had it for lunch , dinner and lunch today . I just dont want to over eat because i dont feel full and hurt something. Hopefully soft foods will give me what i am looking for.
  2. TODAY is one week post op , i lost a total of 17lbs including my liquid diet pre op. Still sore but havent felt full yet. I havent pushed myself and stop myself when i think i have had enough because I eat so fast and I am trying to slow myself down. Any suggestions on how i can slow myself down so i get that full feeling?

  4. 15 Days till my sleeve surgery. This is my last week of real food before I start my liquid diet for pre surgery . I had a great steak dinner Saturday since no red meat for 6 months after surgery . I was just curious if anyone else had a last meal before surgery and if so what was it?
  5. Hello I have not been sleeved but I have started the process. I have already had my consulation with the doctor and Nut, my psyc evaluation, and i am having my stress test on Thursday. My concern is the closer I get toward planning a surgery date the more concerned I get with risk involved with surgery. I have not heard to many horror storys and that makes me nervouse as well. Any advise to get over my fear?? . I know i despretly need this surgery , I have sleep apnea, PCOS, and i am over 100 pounds over my ideal weight.
