    LOL I love being 40! I guess my biggest fears are the surgery, complication and the permanency of it all.

    I'm older, 40, been overweight my entire life. I'm looking for permanent loss. Know very little of this entire process and know no one who has had it done. Scared to death to choose this option and swore I would never have surgery. However I have tried everything and nothing has worked. Have two wonderful children and I want to be here for them till I'm old old old!
