I have been overweight since I was born. I can remember going on diets as young as ten years old.
I recently was diagnosed with some back issues and have problems with my knees.
I want to be healthier and skinner for my children. They keep me busy and I don't have the energy to do what they always want to do.
My goal is to feel better, look better and have more energy! For myself, my children and my hubby.
