  6. Anyone here 5'6" and starting weight 220 lbs? I am asking cause i am about to start the process but people keep telling me that i just need to diet and exercise but they have no idea what i have been through and its not that easy. I was told i didnt weigh enough to have surgery just diet and exercise. Has anyone gone through this and how did you handle it, cause my mind is made up about the surgery.
  7. is there anyone else that has had the surgery with a starting weight of 200lbs. Thinking about going to the seminar, i am tired of up and down weight loss. thanks for any answers.
