Hey guys,
Just want to give you an update. Im very sore today, kind of hard to pull myself up without help but it's not unbearable thank the lord. My throat is sore due to the breathing tube, but Im not experiencing anymore trapped gas, hopefully that is all out. I've just been snoozing away and takin advantage of getting taken care of. Still sipping Water from the little medicine cups and using my little "breathing machine" I have to do 10 times every hour and cough. My blood pressure is staying on the low side but other than that, pretty much sums the night and this morning so far. I'll keep you guys updated as things change. Thanks so much everyone for your support. I have a feeling everyone is going to do great as well!

Well I'm currently in charge of my wife's phone and I was just reading through all these posts from all you ladies, I wish you all the best. My wife is in recovery now, the doctor came out and said everything went better than he could have expected.
I'm waiting to see her now, shouldn't be too much longer.
Good luck ladies and I'm glad my wife has a support group here to help her in her journey.

I'm getting banded June 7th! Less than a week! Mea, can't wait to hear how it went for you today!! I totally know what you mean about it taking forever, then boom...everything is scheduled and moving forward once insurance approves! Ahhh, so exciting!

June 1 is my day I'm so excited and scared at the same time! I'm concerned that having surgery Friday and returning to work Monday is going to be hard, how long is everyone else planning on resting up?
