Sometimes I Luv The Forums Sometimes Not So Much!
If you are serious about losing the weight, you will lose the weight. This is a tool and if you want to be successful, it's up to you. The tool just puts the brakes on if (and when) we mess up once in a while.

No Weight Loss For 10 Months
Mix it up a little. Go low on calories for a day (800 or so) then a couple days back up at you current level and then back down. Also, how often do you work out and for how long? When I hit my goal weight (200 lbs) I bumped up my exercise routine to a total of 10 hours a week (5 days per week) and lost 6 pounds immediately in about two weeks. Also you might want to have a little more carbs and less protein one day a week. Don't let your body get comfortable with a routine.

Running Out Of Steam During Exercise - What Is The Reason?
Listen to PdxMan, he knows what he's talking about. Also, you'll find that as you need to change up your workout routine also just like you need to change up your food intake. Make sure you give your body time to rest 1-2 days per week. Some days need to be high intensity and other days need to be endurance.

Finished My 2Nd Half Marathon! Yay!- Have Question Tho....
I has the same thing on my last half marathon. My nutruitionist said it was likely because of insufficient carbs, low iron and low magnesium. We made some adjustments in my diet and supplements. I haven't experienced it since. Congratulations by the way!

Newer Post Op Looking For Advice From More Seasoned Sleevers....
I started out walking 30 minutes but I set myself a goal for 6 months out, like running a 5K (in my case it was a triathlon). That kept me focused on a goal and meeting certain levels of fitness. A Couch to 5K routine is always a very good starting point.

Deployment
Wow. You've got a lot to handle. I can help with the sleeve questions but the deployment and all that entails is out of my league. Maybe someone else?

We all go through it. You are consuming fewer calories than you have in the past. I still have it occasionally.

Wanting To Go Out And Have A Drink...is 7 Weeks Way To Soon?
The social contact is really important for everyone so you should go. Part of what we are learning with our surgery is the discipline to handle these situations. Its good to be with friends.

Wanting To Go Out And Have A Drink...is 7 Weeks Way To Soon?
Sliders are empty calories that you can comsume that can bypass your stomach without getting any nutritional value back. Ice cream, because it melts, alcohol, etc are some of these items.

What Were Your Restrictions After Surgery
Everyone pretty much it on the head here. Swimming is something I would watch if you're thinking of doing lap swimming until about a month out. However, just light recreational swimming in the pool after 2 weeks should be good.

Wanting To Go Out And Have A Drink...is 7 Weeks Way To Soon?
Go!! I wouldn't necessarily drink at that stage because it was empty calories but that's just me. Alcohol is a slider so just be careful.

Expected Weight Loss?
Don't compare yourself to others and ditto on the comments here. Pick something you can live with and don't be afraid to adjust it or have a couple of sets of goals. This surgery is just a tool. How much you lose is up to you and your discipline. Enjoy it! By the way, BMI is not a good evaluator of fitness but it is a placeholder (when I played football in college my BMI said I was obese but I was very fit for what I was doing). I no longer play football so I don't need to carry that weight and now I'm pretty fit (triathlons will help with that) but not as strong as I was in college.

What To Do With All The New-Found Free Time?
Ditto on the workouts. Also I see friends more often now!

Indication Of Fullness.
I doubt it. Probably gas. You'll know fullness once or twice, when you exceed it, and then you won't want to go back there.
