Since Surgery I lost 28.8 pounds I am so excited. I Just joined the gym yesterday and have 2 personal training sessions so there will be more pounds more 2 go.......Yayyyyyy

9 days post op....yesterday had a follow up....I lost 17.5 pounds since last weigh in with primary care doctor....that much weight lost was my motivation

Had my pre-surgery test today...all my lab results came back good. I am clear for surgery. September 6th here I come.

That is good that u lost 16 pounds....yea I am so excited about the surgery. The liquid diet is so hard because I quite food and have to quite smoking so I am getting double wammy hitting me.

So I never really quit smoking and my surgery is in 2 weeks and the doctor said he test you but I do not smoke a lot I have 2 or 3 a day and plus I have been drinking a gallon water a day and on this liquid diet. Is he going to cancel my surgery because I swear yesterday was my last cigarette. I am so nervous.

So its day 2 of my liquid diet...yesterday I had added a little milk ice and a banana with the protein powder and put it in the blender. It was so much better...I think I am going to do that in the morning and at night. That keeps me full and it is still liquid.

Yea so I restarted my liquid diet today....it was suppose to start today. But that is good news because I cheated yesterday. Hopefully today will be better.

I got my surgery date it is 9/6/2011...I am so excited...I started my liquid diet today even though I think it was suppose to be tomorrow

Quit smoking today. So far ok do not have any cravings but its only been like 12 hours.

Do not have a surgery date but it should be some time in August. Started me 6 months weigh in 03/09/11 so far 2 weigh and 2 required specialist appointments. I just can not wait for the day I am get prep for surgery. Hurry up please
