  3. I am right there with you. It's been two months since my sleeve and I have only lost 29lbs. I know that we shouldn't compare ourselves to others but its hard not too especially when you see ppl losing 20 something pounds in the first month. It's makes you feel like you shouldn't have had surgery. But in the end I guess a little weight lost is better than none.
  4. Ok it's been three days since I was sleeved. I came home yesterday. I am in so much pain. I have walked and walked and walked. Luckily I have finally passed gas and that made me feel so much better. I begin to ask myself why did I do this to myself. I am not a happy camper. I have cussed myself up one side and down the other. But my doctor says that I'm doing really good b/c I doing alot of things on my own. I just want all of this gas to go away.
  5. Hi there VGSers! I think things are getting more real for me since I'm three weeks out until I have surgery. My nerves has been real calm which freaked me out but now I think reality is beginning to kick in. So my question is this....what should I have stocked after surgery? Like protiens ect..I have been looking at different post but I wasn't sure which ones were good or not. And what about vitamins?
