OMG i am right there with you kelly74 you described what iam going through exactly to the T, my stomach growls all day and it is def. not heartburn its coming from deep in my stomach and although, thankfully when i eat very little fills me up i feel physically like iam starving all day! thought my surgeon removed the hormone causing this it has been 3 weeks since surgery and i would love some advice on this!!!!! also my doctor gave me prilosec to take at night to protect my stomach two at night can i take 2 during the day as well??????? Thx for your help eveyone!

What's wrong with me i had my surgery on the 14th and although i have not eaten much, Protein shakes , broth and liqueds i have made a couple mistakes with Peanut Butter and half a cookie but iam back on track but what worried me is sorry for TMI but i have not pooped since the day before my surgery!!!!!!! it has been 9 days my doctors said it is normal but that was the after-care doctor waiting to speak to my surgeon! IS THIS NORMAL SHOULD I BE WORRIED? i have taken a laxative and need to buy a stool softne anyone can comment on this, would be greatly appreciated!

Frustrated and Blue as well! I was sleeved on the 14th and i too have lost only 10lbs the scale stays at the same mark when i get on it, and worst of all i kinda of feel hungry all the time like really hungry not head hungry, whats going on i thought they removed the hormone? so hoping all this will change so i dont feel the same way you do!

hey iam right there with you i can not determine the difference between what could be stomach acid grumbling or wether it is actually my hunger pains i dont feel hungry all day but man is there times when i really, really feel hungry! Iam only like 8 days out from surgery and feeling confused that my grenlin is not gone, when will it subside?????? iam feeling like a failure already!

Hello My name is Michelle but i go by Chella and i am getting ready to go see Dr. Ramos Kelly myself at the florence Hospital in T.J my surgery date is April 14th!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so nervous but have done EXTENSIVE research on this particular surgeon, his staff is great and Sandy Johnston is my patient coordinator she has been Awesome and i did get a chance to speak to Trish and she was just as everyone has said very kind and informative. I am taking my mother with me and hope for the best. Does anyone out there have any more input on Dr. Kelly???????????
