Hi there! Please forgive me for the delayed response. I have so much energy that I can't sit still for 2 minutes!! :-) Things are going great. I am down 50 lbs and I am ecstatic. For the first time in years, I am shopping and enjoying it instead of dreading it! I am going to upload a couple of pictures so that you can see my progress. Keep me posted!

I am sleeved!!! My surgery was Tuesday and I am home feeling great and not HUNGRY!!!! Thank God for great surgeons. Can't wait for what's to come!

Seven days from today I will be reborn!!! After years of research about this surgery and failed weightloss attempts, I am finally here! Thank You, Jesus!!!!

I am scheduled for the 7th of December as well. So excited! I am a full time college student and wanted to schedule the surgery in between semesters. So glad to meet so many fellow sleevers who will share this experience on the same day! -

Greetings! Although I have not yet had my surgery, I have been through much of the prelim. requirements. I had a psych evaluation, appt. w/cardiologist, Upper GI Endoscopy and support group meeting. My only other requirement is the nutrition class which is 4 hours on Tuesday. After that I am all set for surgery on December 7th. I truly dreaded the upper gi endoscopy just because i had never had one. PIECE OF CAKE!. I didn't even feel anything except the pinch for my IV! Good luck to you, tfinister -
Just had my first support group meeting and met lots of nice people who were very inspiring. :-))
