  1. Hi!! I paid off my surgeon, and got small bills from the hospital. However i just got this $2000 from the anesthesia!! I just hope i don't keep getting bills like this Anyone else get bills after???
  2. That kind of Protein powder is it? Im trying to find one that isn't too sweet tasting, and thats not hard to drink
  3. There is such a big difference between post op diets and it is soooo frustrating! I had my surgery on June 23rd and on soft foods. I haven't had any problems with any foods that ive eaten. The only problem im having is the portion size. How much are we supposed to be eating 3-4 weeks out?
  4. What are you eating? and how much? I think i could eat soooo much more, but stop because im afraid of stretching my stomach and getting sick are you on solids now, or soft food?

  9. Is it ok to take ambien post sleeve? I have a hard time sleeping @ night, and have not found any other ways that helps me fall asleep. Will ambien cause ulcers??
  10. I had the nuclear stress test! They took pix of my heart, then injected some meds into my arm. I then had to walk on the treadmill for like 2 minutes and they recorded my heart beats. Not bad at all. Try not to stress because I did and u don't really need to be worried. I had a nuclear stress test because I couldn't finish the treadmill stress test! I barely made the 2 minutes! Good luck!
  11. Not sure if you were referring to me... but i stayed in the hospital for 2 days. I was up and walking at night, the day of my surgery. I am 36 years old.
  12. Thanks friends! Ive been checking the scale and it was not budging. So i stopped looking and only weight myself once a week. I WILL not be a slave to the scale. Will try not to be
  13. I was up and walking and grocery shopping on the 3rd day after surgery. I did take good naps though the first few days after surgery though. Surgery was thursday, back to work on tuesday. I don't know how I wouldve done on an airplane, but I was walking the malls just days after surgery ( sunday to be exact ) just don't push it, because you will want to take breaks / naps! Good luck!!
  14. Ok, even though I'm only like 2 lbs under 200, I am finally in the 100's!!! Soooo happy!!! Hope it continues this way I'm so thankful that I've had a great recovery. Still dealing with head hunger, but doing my best to follow the rules! I haven't been able to lose weight like this in forever. Thanks for listening!

  20. I just talked to the nutritionist and she said that what i ate today is ok I made an appointment with her to go over what ive been eating just to be safe
