  1. My highest weight before surgery was 371, the day of surgery I weighed 344 and I now weigh 220 pounds. I would like to lose another 40-45 pounds.
  2. Congratulation!!!!!! That's awesome
  3. Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is awesome, I'm sure you'll be at goal in not time.
  4. Thank you! I will do that
  5. You look amazing! Keep up the good work
  6. Thank you! I still can't believe I made it, lol.
  7. Okay folks this is something that I would have never been able to do 125 pounds ago. I walked up 15 flights of stairs.....omg omg omg. It was good workout but boy am I tired, lol. Again I'm so loving my sleeve because without her none of this would have been possible
  8. That's wonderful. Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. I haven't posted pictures here in a while. Hopefully this will work.
  10. Yes it is wonderful and I too always wondered how people could wear heels all day lol
  11. Yes Candaceshenea I couldn't believe that they were 5 inches and I was able to wear them most of the night. I didn't even know that they were 5 inches until after I was home from the store.
  12. I just wanted to say that I love reading your post. You are rocking your sleeve sista!
  13. Thanks and might I add that you look great in your shorts. You are truly an inspiration to me.
  14. Thank you! I'm still happy about it days later lol
  15. Yes and I've never been excited to go to the doctors before now. I would be afraid of what the scale would say and what my pressure would be. Now I can't wait until my next visit lol. I'm sure your doctor will be just as happy to see you and even happier that you have loss weight.
  16. Congratulations!!!!!!!!! That's awesome
  17. Thanks! I thought I was the only one who held back. I have to remind myself that I've over 100 pounds and I can do way more than I could do before surgery.
  18. I made a seperate post for this........for the first time in my adult life (now mind you I'll be 32 in August) I had a normal blood pressure reading 123/81. I'm so excited
  19. I went to the doctors on thursday to see my PCP and my blood pressure was 123/81. Never in my adult life have I had a normal bp reading. I was so use to hearing 140 or higher over whatever that it took me a little time to realize that it was normal lol. He still has me on 2 medications but I'll take that since I started out taking 4 medications before surgery and I'm also on half the dose that I was on starting out. My next NSV is I wore a 5 inch pair of heels to my co-workers wedding last week. I now wake up at 4:30 on the days that I have to work to do a hour of yoga which I would have never done before surgery. Everyday I notice that I do more without even thinking about it, before I would never take the steps over the elevator but now I just do it. I'm so in love with my sleeve
  20. I've lost about 120 pounds and I'm still on 2 bp medicines. I go to my PCP next week and hoping that he'll take me off of 1 or both of them. Hopefully your time to stop you BP medicine comes soon. Congratulations on your weight loss this far!!!!!!!!!!1
  21. I'm late but CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you
  22. I know that's right my sleeve sister. You are truly an inspiration
