  2. Um, for how long Numb now ? That scares me
  3. OD, I gain back some too but over the next week or so I HOLD that loss. It usually takes me a week or two to really completely BE at that new low consistently and work downward again. You are our LOWEST, aren't you? Like Coops, your body is probably at a true set point and LIKES it there! You will probably REALLY have to shake it up and eat very clean on feast days too and lower cals there too. That's what I had to do to re-lose gain. I have been doing either a shake LATE in morning, near noon or bran flakes with soy milk ( less than 1/4 cup non sweetened) and then sometimes a mini babybel for snack or carbmaster yogurt (50-60 cals). Them early dinner. Like you chicken stirfry veggies or homemade veggie Soup or extra lean turkey franks with 100 cal guacamole pack and cut up veggies. Nothing after 7pm. Trying to do16/8. But on feast days I try not to go over 1100-1200 cals and when REALLY IN LOSE MODE some days not over 800-900 cals. Good fats are very important to speed loss from What I've read.
  4. Okay, feel better. Just clocked off another 5.25 miles! Gonna try to sneak in another 2 or more later today. Total. 37 to date
  5. That is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. When I get to 145 or so. I just know if I don't really have a decent bounce I will be unhappy and probably sabotage myself! lol Scared!!!!!!!
  7. First log in for a few days. Not sure what hit me this week ( besides neck issues). Just didn't want or make myself do anything. Got to snap out of it! Only 3.25 between last two days. Total 31.75. (
  8. As for me, my maintenance calories have to be around 1200-1300 JUST to maintain but if those are not CLEAN calories ( good Protein, fats, lower carbs) I can still edge up. As others have said, it is definitely a work in progress approach and you have to find what works for you individually. Unfortunately, it took 25 lbs of regain over my 3rd year post op to find that out and work a maintenance plan for me. I used 5:2 to lose the regain over a 3 mi period, increased my walking exercise and learned to eat correctly. As sleevers, Mist of us will never be able to eat as many calories as the normal, never been obese person. Men have greater leeway I think. Their metabolisms work a little better and more regularly than women. (Hormones). So go into maintenance with your eyes wide open, realizing this is a FOREVER goal. You may have REACHED goal but it's WORK and diligence that will keep you at goal!!!!!
  9. I can just see you striding up and Down the grocery aisle!!! lol. You go, girl!!
  10. Yep, me too! Sometimes I just really want to eat some cake! Like---every day! I'm not sure why I'm so fixated on cake at the moment. Lol.
  11. Don't be jealous. It's not pretty on you. As my MOTHER used to say, "pretty is as pretty does!" WHATEVER! Lol
