  1. I got my lap band on March 7th and am experiencing left side pain which worsens when I eat. Could the band have slipped already?? This is the 2nd night that it's bad but not like last night. I'm sitting with a heating pad. Hoping for some info. if anyone out there has had the same thing. Perplexed and in pain!
  2. I read yesterday that lap-band surgery is a tax deductionl. So keep all yr dr bills and med receipts and you can declare it in next yr's taxes. Who knew??? It was a revelation to me.
  3. I had my done on the 7th of March and am experiencing pain in the left side as well. Going to give it a couple of days more to see if it subsides. But I've spoken to the Dr.'s office so they know it's happening.
