Hey March Bandsters!!! I just figured i should update....40 lbs gone. Staying on top of my workout regimen has been critical for me. I have given up white bread entirely. It just goes down too hard. Other than that, my energy level is up and I hope to continue losing the weight! Stay motivated guys!!

When I first got banded, I had the hiccups for a solid week. It eventually went away. If I recall, my doctor told me that you can get hiccups if you eat too much too fast.

I had Lap Band surgery in Cancun. Mexico on March 4th It was essentially a mini-vacation! The total cost of the surgery was $5,400. My hotel stay for three days came to $230 at the Westin Hotel. I scheduled through BeLiteWeight and everything was perfect!! Jessica, my facilitator was GREAT. She pretty much held my hand through the Dr. Ceron and Dr. Corzo were top notch. The facilities and cleanliness were what i would expect in any US hospital...maybe even more! If you are gonna go to Mexico, check them out!
